AHWATUKEE, AZ -- Private investigator Jacob Mueller retired from the Oxnard Police Department and decided to enter the PI industry after becoming bored with retired life. While he started by taking on most types of assignments, he now focuses on elderly abuse cases. He notes that people who entrust elderly loved ones to a caregiver cannot rely on a basic background check online to prove credentials – a private investigator needs to be the one to check backgrounds and safety.
