Corruption Scandal Leads to Indictment

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA -- Private investigator Christopher Butler has been accused of selling illegal drugs which had been stolen from evidence. Butler and state narcotics investigator Norman Wielsch have been indicted in the case. In addition to the drug-related charges, the two are also accused of opening a massage parlor and house of prostitution and embezzling money. If convicted, the men could face up to ten years in jail for the drug charges alone.
