CANADA -- The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) has recently published a new report, A Privacy Handbook for Lawyers, offering attorneys advice about privacy issues in civil litigation. Surveillance, the use of private investigators, credit checks, and other privacy issues are covered by the publication.
