Indicted Attorney Wants Records Opened

WASHINGTON, DC -- Attorney Charles Daum has been accused of conspiring with two private investigators to tamper with witnesses and evidence in order to clear Daum's client of drug charges. Both the investigators and Daum were indicted this year. Daum’s client faced mistrial in 2008, and the case was under seal. Attorneys for Daum now want those records unsealed, so that Daum can get access to what occurred after the mistrial.
