Group Dedicated to Missing Children's Cold Cases

ROCHESTER, NH -- The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) works tirelessly to track down missing children. The organization is assisted by private investigators who volunteer their time to work on cases that authorities consider cold. The center is now looking for assistance in finding two boys abducted by their father. The boys, Charles Jason and William Vosseler, are believed to have been abducted by Charles Martin Vosseler.
