ANTIOCH, CA -- Private investigator Christopher Butler had established a business focused on catching cheating spouses. He used unorthodox techniques, including hiring attractive women to lure men to dates. Wives could then confront the husband at the meeting and use any confession in the divorce case. However, Butler is now accused of setting up David Dutcher for a DUI arrest. Butler is accused of hiring two attractive women to meet Dutcher and spend the evening with him, having cocktails. When Dutcher got into his car at the end of the date, a police car pulled him over immediately for DUI and David Dutcher alleges that Butler set the arrest up after being hired by Dutcher’s ex-wife.
